Chapter Games 2026

The Race for the GLOAT

Legacy Meets Leadership

Chapter Games is not about size. It is not about age. It is not about historical volume.

It is about engagement.

We compete to measure:

  • Who shows up.
  • Who invests.
  • Who uplifts.
  • Who builds legacy through action.

Every Line — regardless of size — has a path to excellence. Participation is normalized to ensure fairness across generations.

This is competition with accountability. This is legacy in motion.

🔹 Service

  • Raw Points = Hours × Brothers Participating
  • Line Participation Multiplier then applied to raw points
  • Service hours capped at 8 per Brother per day
  • Admin approval required

Raw activity earns points, but broader Line participation strengthens the final SSM score.

🔹 Mentorship

  • Standard sessions × 10 pts per session
  • Project Uplift Verified sessions × 15 pts per session
  • Line Participation Multiplier then applied to raw points
  • Admin approval required

Raw activity earns points, but broader Line participation strengthens the final SSM score.

🔹 Song

  • Line-specific submissions only
  • Unlimited submissions allowed
  • Only Top 2 highest-scoring valid submissions count
  • Maximum 3 minutes per video
  • Judged by 3–5 Brother judges (secure login)
  • Rubric scoring (0–40 total: Creativity, Execution, Engagement, Impact)
  • Line Participation Multiplier applied to judge average
  • Individual judge scores are not public

Raw activity earns points, but broader Line participation strengthens the final SSM score.

How SSM Final Score Is Calculated

SSM Score = Sum of approved raw points × (Unique participating Brothers ÷ Eligible Line Roster) × 25%

This rewards both impact volume and the breadth of your Line's participation.

Phase 4 – Line DriveWeight: 30%
  • Score = Per Member Giving × Engagement Multiplier
  • Per Member Giving = Total Raised ÷ Active Roster
  • Engagement Multiplier = Donor Participants ÷ Active Roster
  • Legacy bonus may apply (+10%)
  • Final weighted score rounded to whole numbers

Fundraising & Data Integrity

  • Each Line manages its own Donorbox fundraising page.
  • All totals displayed are verified cumulative amounts from Donorbox and updated weekly by Admin.
  • Base44 does not process donations or store payment data — it serves as the competition display and scoring engine only.
Phase 5 – HomecomingWeight: 10%

Homecoming is worth 10% of the overall Chapter Games score. Each eligible Brother can earn his Line 0.5 point by registering and another 0.5 point by attending. Registration and attendance points are combined and divided by the number of eligible Brothers, so Lines of different sizes compete fairly.

  • 0.5 point per registered Brother
  • 0.5 point per attending Brother
  • Combined points ÷ Eligible Brothers = Homecoming participation rate
  • Participation rate × 10 = weighted Homecoming score (max 10)
  • Attendance cannot exceed registrations unless an Admin corrects the record
  • Verified walk-up attendees will be counted as both registered and attended for Chapter Games scoring purposes

Final Score = Weighted total across all phases:

Active Roster Definition

Active Roster = All living, reachable Brothers eligible to participate in 2026. Rosters lock before Knowledge Round 1. Artificially lowering roster counts to inflate participation percentages is not permitted.

Participation Normalization

Participation Rate = Unique Brothers Engaged ÷ Active Roster. Normalization ensures fairness across Lines of different sizes.

Eligibility

  • All Lines qualify for the Overall Championship regardless of size
  • There is no minimum participation requirement
  • Small Lines are not excluded from competition
  • Performance, engagement, and impact determine outcomes — not size

Integrity Controls

  • Duplicate quiz submissions blocked
  • Judges cannot score their own Line
  • Service hours capped per Brother per day
  • Top 2 Song rule enforced automatically
  • All scoring changes logged
  • Phases lock at deadline
  • SSM totals will be revealed before Line Drive.
  • Final Champion revealed after all phases conclude.

"This is not just a competition.
